Andromeda's Curse Review 1 : Alice Moving Under Skies, Forest Maiden
About a month ago I made my first Andromeda's Curse purchase. I bought two 5 piece sample sets and one 5ml rollerball. They also included an extra four samples with my purchase! Of course, I will be reviewing all of them.
It took my items about two weeks to arrive which is pretty good I think. My full size rollerball actually came broken, but I don't think that was an issue related to packaging. It was resolved very quickly and I got a replacement soon after.Alice Moving Under Skies

I will say, this is primarily a tea scent. On initial application, I get mainly black tea and honey. It smells like when you stick your face in a hottt cup of tea with a ton of honey. Once it dries down, the scent softens a bit and you can smell the water lily a bit more. This scent is sweet and feminine, but not at all overly-sweet. In fact, it is a littleee bitter in the same way that flowers and tea smell a little bitter.
Honestly, Forest Maiden was one I bought purely because of the name. Forest Maiden??? I don't even know what that means really, but of course I want to smell like a beautiful forest maiden! I am not really at all into woodsy scents, but this one was is so pretty. It is primarily a woodsy sent. It's like walking through the woods at the beginning of fall, but with a basket of berries. The berry note isn't very prominent, but it does add a sweet touch. The note "Fall Leaves" is more like freshly fallen leaves, not crunchy dried up leaves. I ended up loving this scent as well. It leans feminine (which I like) and it isn't overly sweet by any means. Might also be full-sizing once I finish the sample! 10/10
This is my favorite from Andromeda's Curse so far and a 10/10 for me. I will probably be full-sizing!

Notes: Ripe Berries, Fall Leaves, Green Mosses, Wormwood, Oakmoss, Cedarwood, and Sandalwood
